Important Winter Safety Notice:
To ensure the longevity of your pergola, please open the louvers to the vertical position during the winter season or when snow is forecast. This will prevent uneven stress and protect the mechanics of your canopy.
Assembly Instructions: The pergola must be mounted on a solid base (e.g., concrete foundations). The appropriate expansion bolts for ground anchoring are included in the delivery. Ensure that the base plates are laid at right angles and are level.

Thank you very much for the flawless delivery and service. We completed the installation of the pergola this week. It took a bit more effort than expected to adjust everything, but it was worth it. Everything worked flawlessly except for the washers. I just used a bit too much force on one of the anchor screws and it broke. It might be helpful to include the tightening torque. The one I found online was probably a bit too high. But otherwise, we are very satisfied. Great workmanship and clean packaging, thank you again.
