General Information about Online Orders<\/strong>
By electronically submitting an order to ventaris.ch, a legally binding purchase agreement is concluded. Only the offers in our online shop are valid. All previous offers lose their validity through an update to our online shop.<\/p>\n

Privacy and Confidentiality<\/strong>
ventaris.ch undertakes to comply with the provisions of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and all other data protection regulations, including, if applicable, future data protection laws, particularly those concerning the safeguarding of data secrecy.<\/p>\n

3. Images and Illustrations<\/strong>
The images and representations of the products are provided by the product manufacturer. Minor color variations between the images and representations and the products are possible. ventaris.ch is not liable for color variations between the images and representations and the products, and this does not entitle the customer to return or exchange the products.<\/p>\n

The prices are given in Swiss Francs and refer to the stated quantity. Our offers are non-binding. Price changes are reserved at any time.<\/p>\n

7. Delivery terms<\/strong>
Delivery is made by Swiss Post, our own freight forwarding service, or pickup by the buyer within 8 days. Ordered products must be picked up within 8 days by arrangement. Defective and\/or faulty products must be reported within 5 days of receipt of the goods. ventaris.ch assumes no liability for incorrect deliveries reported at a later date.<\/p>\n

8. Delivery Time<\/strong>
Please observe the given delivery times. Possible delivery delays can only be claimed conditionally and\/or can be claimed by cancellation after 30 days if there has been no movement of goods after payment.<\/p>\n

9. Conclusion of Contract<\/strong>
Our offers are non-binding, meaning they are not contract proposals, but merely invitations for the customer to submit their own offer. The goods remain subject to prior sale until we have made a contract proposal to the customer or accepted a contract proposal from the customer. The properties of the item to be delivered or provided that form the basis of the contract are exclusively derived from the manufacturer's specifications in the respective operating instructions. 10. Warranty<\/strong>
ventaris.ch strives to deliver flawless goods. The warranty is up to 2 years. Claims for rescission, reduction, or damages cannot be derived from warranty cases; only claims for repair. Similarly, no claim can be derived from this for a free exchange for new goods or for replacement devices. The warranty period begins with the handover of the goods to the customer and is not interrupted or impeded by repairs. ventaris.ch is not liable for manufacturer's warranty services. ventaris is also not liable for unfulfilled manufacturer's warranty services!<\/p>\n

11. Passing of Risk<\/strong>
The risk is transferred to the customer as soon as the shipment has been handed over to the person responsible for transportation or has left our premises for shipment, even if partial deliveries are made. This applies regardless of whether the shipment originates from the place of performance and who bears the freight costs. If the goods are in stock and shipment or acceptance is delayed for reasons for which we are not responsible, the risk is transferred to the customer upon receipt of the notification of readiness for shipment.<\/p>\n

12. Retention of title<\/strong>
The products remain the property of ventaris.ch until they are fully paid.<\/p>\n

13. Damages<\/strong>
Unless otherwise provided below, claims by the customer beyond the warranty - for whatever legal reason - are excluded. ventaris.ch is not liable for damages that did not arise on the delivered item itself; in particular, ventaris.ch is not liable for lost profits or other financial losses of the customer. The foregoing disclaimer of liability does not apply if the cause of the damage is based on intent or gross negligence.<\/p>\n

14. Copyright<\/strong>
All content, texts, and images on the homepage ventaris.ch are intellectual property and protected by copyright. The use of excerpts from these pages requires written permission. All trademarks, images, texts, company names, and brand names listed on ventaris.ch are the property of their respective manufacturers and serve solely for clear identification!<\/p>\n

15. Right of Return<\/strong>
There is no right of return for dissatisfaction with ordered and paid-for products.<\/p>\n
